Visit Indiana Blood Center May 29, 30 OR June 1, Get Free Ticket to Blood-Pumping Excitement During Next Month’s Indianapolis Air Show.
U.S. Navy Blue Angels headlining this year’s charity event, June 5, 6, and 7.
(Indianapolis, Ind.) – If you visit any of the six Indianapolis-area Indiana Blood Center locations on Friday, May 29, Saturday, May 30, or Monday, June 1, you’ll walk away not just with the great feeling that you’ve helped someone, but also a free ticket to this year’s Indianapolis Air Show.
The 2009 air show at Mt. Comfort Airport, set for June 5, 6, and 7, will feature the U.S. Navy Blue Angels as its headlining performers. The highly sought after flight squadron will be joined at the event, which benefits children’s charities through the Central Indiana Community Foundation, by the U.S. Army Golden Knights – the Army’s top-notch parachute team – as well as additional military aircraft, wingwalkers, pyrotechnicans and more that will get your blood pumping.
“This is the third year that we’ve partnered with the Indiana Blood Center to boost awareness of the never-ending need for blood donations,” said Tom McCord, general manager of the air show. “We’re hopeful that this partnership will again lead to increased contributions at all of the blood center locations May 29, 30 and June 1, and, more importantly, touch the lives of adults and children who are in need of these life-saving donations.”
