Collaboration Will Raise Funds for Riley Children’s Hospital

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — June 26, 2007 — Zink Distributing, Mid America, Terrance Smith, and United Package Liquors announced today that they will partner on a month long promotion to raise funds for the Indianapolis Air Show benefiting Riley Children’s Hospital.

Zink Distributing, Mid America, and Terrance Smith will contribute 25 cents a case for every case of Budweiser, Bud Light, Budweiser Select, Michelob Ultra, and Michelob Ultra Amber sold June 26 through July 21 to the Indianapolis Air Show. The promotion will take place at all United Package Liquors locations including United Fine Wines & Spirits, Hamilton Beverage, and Toddy Shoppe.

For the last seven years, United Package Liquors has been an integral part of the Indianapolis Air Show by assisting in fundraising efforts and by providing more than 75 volunteers to work the two day event. Last year alone, more than 10,000 cases of product were sold during the Budweiser promotion.

“Without these partnerships, we wouldn’t be able to support local organizations at the level we do. We want to do more in the community, and with the help of our distributors we can continue to make a difference in Central Indiana,” said Brad Rider, President of United Package Liquors.
